A pair of high-performance 6 blade cutting disks for all versions of Luba. These blade disks are made from ultra-high performance carbon fiber infused nylon (PA6-CF) which is incredibly tough. After months of testing, we found this to be the strongest material for this application and far better than PLA (which melted and deformed), PETG (which shattered) and ABS. They have survived repeated impacts with an immovable steel object. These disks are made to last, and survive where other disks fail.

If you are tired of stuck blades these disks are for you. After extensive testing (several months) we have NEVER had the blades get stuck.

The diamond shaped blades are titanium plated, offer a longer cutting edge, and cleaner, quieter cut. They rotate freely and do not get stuck. The blade mounting screws are Phillips head making it easier to change blades. The fully assembled disks weigh 25% less than the original disks.

The disks ship fully assembled with blades installed as shown in pictures and includes premium mounting screws.
These disks are guaranteed to fit all models of Luba, including 1, 2, and 2X (which is the 2025 version).

We strongly recommend using thread locker when installing the disks and replacing blades. Do not use red or blue thread locker! Only use purple (Loctite 222 strongly recommended). We are not responsible for damage resulting from the use of the wrong threadlocker!

I received my discs today and they look like they are nylon. I expected them to be carbon fiber as I’m used to seeing it. I texted the sender and he quickly replied and told me that it is printed from a carbon fiber nylon and that it is very strong. I appreciate the prompt reply and will keep them and see how they hold up. Thank you for the customer service

Far better cut than oem blades.

Massive improvement over OEM Luba 2 disks and blades. I bought a second back up set I like them so much. After two months using, the cut quality is much better and mower is quieter. Our yard is old, thick and very dense. These disks are slightly smaller in diameter than the OEM disks, and consequently the six blades each have a slightly larger cutting surface than the OEM blades. Blades are also heavier and thicker than OEM. They do "stick" in cutting position a bit after use, but do NOT get all gummed up with grass and debris like OEM - and will still move with little force if the blades contact something rigid (rocks, etc). The blades are loose and designed to "spin" on these robot mowers to avoid damaging disks and mower if they impact something hard - not to improve cutting performance.
