Carbon Fiber Luba Mini 6 Blade Disk (disc) NO STUCK BLADES

A high-performance cutting disk for Luba mini. This blade disk is made from ultra-high performance carbon fiber infused nylon which is incredibly tough. After months of testing, we found this to be the strongest material for this application and far better than PLA (which melted and deformed), PETG (which shattered) and ABS. It has survived repeated impacts with an immovable steel object. This disk is made to last, and survives where other disks fail.

If you are tired of stuck blades this disk is for you. After extensive testing (several months) we have NEVER had the blades get stuck.

The diamond shaped blades offer a larger cutting surface, and cleaner, quieter cut. They rotate freely and do not get stuck. The blade mounting screws are Phillips head making it easier to change blades. The fully assembled disk weighs 25% less than the original disk.

The disk ships fully assembled with blades installed as shown in pictures and includes premium mounting screws.
This disk is compatible with all Luba models including mini, 1, 2, and 2X (which is the 2025 version).

We strongly recommend using thread locker when installing the disks and replacing blades. Do not use red or blue thread locker! Only use purple (Loctite 222 strongly recommended). We are not responsible for damage resulting from the use of the wrong threadlocker!
